That’s why at Arthur Grace Residential, we operate an “if we are free, we will answer” policy. This means that when you’re getting off the train and walking to the car at 7pm, you can give us a call. If it’s 11am on Sunday and you’ve finally managed to discuss something with your partner, feel free to get in touch.
We want to provide our clients with the reassurance that whenever you need us, we will be there – even if that is beyond the 9 to 5. Just drop me a message or give me a call, no matter the time of day and I will answer if I am free…and if I am not, I will get back to you as soon as I become available. And that’s a promise.
